CareHub operates as a technology platform connecting families with independent care professionals. We are not a care provider, employment agency, or medical service provider.

1. Relationship Between Parties

  • Families and professionals contract directly with each other
  • CareHub is not a party to care arrangements
  • CareHub does not employ care professionals
  • Professionals are independent contractors

2. Limitation of Liability

  • CareHub verifies credentials but doesn't guarantee professional performance
  • Care quality is the responsibility of the professional
  • Families conduct their own due diligence
  • CareHub not liable for disputes between families and professionals
  • Medical/safety issues are between the parties involved

3. User Responsibilities

For Families

  • Conduct interviews and reference checks
  • Create written agreements with professionals
  • Handle payment and employment compliance
  • Maintain appropriate insurance

For Professionals

  • Maintain valid qualifications and clearances
  • Provide accurate profile information
  • Handle taxes and legal compliance
  • Maintain professional standards

For Partners

  • Promote CareHub authentically
  • Not make false promises about guaranteed work
  • Ensure referred individuals meet basic eligibility
  • Maintain professional relationships
  • Understand commission structure is revisable

4. Partnerships

  • Training institutes and employment agencies are independent partners
  • CareHub doesn't control their services, fees, or outcomes
  • Partnerships subject to change
  • Community partners are independent - not CareHub employees
  • Partner commission structure subject to revision with notice
